Article information

Product Availability

The items offered for sale by ATELIER F&B are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the user and within the limit of available stocks. Thus, certain articles marketed by the physical points of sale of the ATELIER F&B brand may not be marketed on the Site. In the event of unavailability of an article, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by customer service by e-mail.

Product prices

All prices indicated on the Website include value added tax at the legal rate in effect on the date of invoice. The prices indicated on the Website are in Euros and do not include shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date. Prices are indicated in euros only and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products in the online store.

Description of the products

Atelier FandB makes its best efforts to render a faithful image of the products offered for sale through the images or photographs used to present the products. Variations may nevertheless appear, particularly due to technical limitations in color rendering or the Customer's equipment, so that these elements are used as an indication.

Ordering Information

Creating a user account

In order to place an order on the site, it is mandatory to create a customer account. It is possible to create a customer account freely and free of charge through the "Create an account" page. The creation of a customer account is carried out by filling in mandatory personal data.

The purchase of item(s) on the Site is reserved for individuals of legal age, i.e. natural persons acting outside any usual professional or commercial activity of purchase / resale or intermediary, and for strictly personal use.

This account is strictly personal and allows him/her to identify him/herself before validating each Order. When creating a Customer Account, the Customer shall enter the data required for identification (email and password), and undertakes to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information, and to refrain from impersonating any third party or from concealing or modifying his/her age. When creating a Customer Account, the Customer chooses his login (email) and password. If the chosen identifier is already assigned, the system invites him to choose another one. Usernames and passwords are personal and confidential. The Customer is solely responsible for them. Placing an order

In order to place an order, simply put items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once in your cart, you can place an order by following the different steps of the ordering process (cart, address, delivery, payment). Terms and conditions of delivery

We deliver only in metropolitan France, the delivery is made to the address you have chosen during the process of order taking. The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen, the delivery time is indicated on the delivery choice page. The delivery times indicated are for information only and are estimates, we do our best to respect them.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the ordering process. The delivery of the package is made to the address indicated by the Customer during the order process. If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, a notice of availability of the package is left in his mailbox. In the event of an order for several products, we reserve the right to split deliveries. However, the Customer will only bear the costs of a single shipment.

The Customer can choose among the following delivery methods:

- Delivery in Pick Up Relay Point or Post Office (2 working days)

For technical reasons, ATELIER FANDB is unable to send parcels to French overseas departments and territories. Shipping costs :

The announced deadlines are indicated at the departure of our warehouses. As delivery is made by a third party service provider, ATELIER F&B cannot make a firm commitment on the delivery time. When a delay in delivery is noted (i.e. when the time spent since the departure of the parcel in working days has exceeded the delivery period assumed in working days mentioned above), the Customer may inform ATELIER F&B of this. At the request of the Customer, ATELIER F&B will then ask the service provider to open an "investigation", then await the response of the service provider to this investigation in order to follow up the Customer's complaint. Even if the observed response time of the Provider is generally a few days, it is important to specify that the Provider's commitment concerning the response time to investigations is two weeks. Here are some examples of the follow-up generally given by ATELIER F&B to the complaints of its customers following the response of the service provider: "Lost parcel": new shipment to the Customer, at the total cost of ATELIER F&B "Delivered parcel": no new shipment from ATELIER F&B "Parcel being re-routed", "Parcel returned to sender": ATELIER F&B waits for the return of the parcel to understand the reasons for the non-delivery and to determine the procedure to be followed.

Unclaimed parcels

If the Customer's package is returned to ATELIER F&B by the carrier or its partners for the following reason :

- NPAI (Does not live at the indicated address)

- Unclaimed package during its pending period

ATELIER F&B will reimburse the amount of the order after receipt of the order. The customer will be asked to place a new order in order to receive his package.

Payment of the order

In order to pay for your order on our site, you will have to go through one of our partners, Stripe or Paypal. All payments are made in euros. Full payment of the price, (including shipping costs and any additional charges for services you have ordered), will be debited from your credit card or Paypal account. The payment is effective at the time of the order. We will only deliver the products to you if your payment is effective.

Invoicing of the order

You will be able to find your invoice on the site in your customer account.

Withdrawal rights and return procedure

Pursuant to Community Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the rights of consumers in respect of distance selling contracts, as transposed in the Customer's country, the Customer is entitled to cancel his order at any time within 14 calendar days of the date on which he received the products, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.

In the event of delivery of an item that does not correspond to the Customer's order, or a defect related to transport, the Customer may return the items of his order free of charge by contacting customer service. In the case of a second consecutive return, it will be charged to the customer. In order to make the return, simply follow the procedure set out below, indicated on the sales invoice and also accessible on the Site. In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code, we will refund the price of the products in your order as well as any delivery charges, by re-crediting the payment method used for your initial order. Concerning the refund period, following receipt of your return, we undertake to reimburse you within a maximum period of 14 working days.


The Customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force:

Reminder of articles L.211-4, L.211-5 and L.211-12 of the Consumer Code, and articles 1641 and 1648, first paragraph, of the Civil Code :

Product Warranty

The ATELIER F&B products you trust are rigorously tested to meet the strictest standards. Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect from the date of purchase for a period of two years upon presentation of the warranty certificate given and dated by the retailer (purchase invoices being proof of purchase).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, i.e. the replacement of parts recognized as defective: padlock defect, trolley system defect, wheel defect. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the above items. It does not cover the following: inappropriate use (such as loading inappropriate objects), lack of maintenance by the user, incidents or accidents, damage caused by friction, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to solvents, acid products, water, normal wear and tear or damage during transport (e.g. overhead lines).

These motives are not supported. Incidental or consequential damages are explicitly excluded from the warranty. It is important to understand that normal wear and tear of the luggage, interior closures, faulty use of the case or damage as a result of frequent or abusive use of the product cannot be guaranteed.

Premature wear of the wheels due to improper or abusive use will not be covered by the warranty. This contractual warranty is not exclusive to the legal warranty (Art 1641 of the Civil Code) and cannot give right to damages.
